Sign, Window
No areas for parking, outdoor storage, refuse collection, and loading are permitted between buildings and such agricultural districts, existing or planned residential uses or Zoning Districts, or land bays allowing residential uses where such uses are visible from said Zoning Districts, land bays, or uses.

Approved applications become invalid if the authorized work is not commenced within 5 years of the date of approval.
Administrative Modifications are limited to 20% of the base requirement.
Zoning Permits are required prior to issuance of building permit or Certificate of Occupancy; construction or occupancy of any structure; commencement of any use or change in use; etc.
Sign Permit applications must be filed with the Zoning Administrator. Issued Sign Permits become invalid if the authorized work is not commenced within 12 months.
Site Plan approval is required prior to a Zoning Permit. Exemptions include agriculture uses, animal care business, bed and breakfast homestay, etc.
Variance may be granted for provisions regulating shape, size, area of lot, or size, height, area, bulk, location of structure. Cannot rezone, change use/density, or increase flood elevation.
Commission Permit required for streets, parks, public buildings, utilities, telecommunications, landfills, school sites. Exemptions include features on Comprehensive Plan, etc.
No new application ... within 12 months of the date of such denial or withdrawal.
