Period of Validity1 standards

Approved applications become invalid if the authorized work is not commenced within 5 years of the date of approval.

Zoning Permits are required prior to issuance of building permit or Certificate of Occupancy; construction or occupancy of any structure; commencement of any use or change in use; etc.

Sign Permit applications must be filed with the Zoning Administrator. Issued Sign Permits become invalid if the authorized work is not commenced within 12 months.
