The R-4, Residential Community District is established to provide for moderate to higher density, off-water residential communities. Minimum lot area 10,000 sq ft with central water/sewer, base density 2 du/acre, setbacks 25 ft front, 10 ft side, 25 ft rear, max height 35 ft, 30% open space.
