General provisions

Article XIII, Sec. 1301.032 standards

Blocks shall not be greater than two thousand (2,000) feet nor less than two hundred (200) feet in length

Article XIII, Sec. 1301.044 standards

Must have twenty-five (25) feet of frontage at the front lot line on a public or private street ... no more than fifteen (15) percent of the total number of lots within a subdivision shall be flag lots ... A planting screen easement of at least ten (10) feet
