General provisions
335 rules that bind every district rather than one — sign regulations, parking, floodplain and the rest of the code’s citywide chapters.
Landscaping materials shall be stored in the rear yard or side yard, set back at least 5 feet, neat and orderly, no nuisance.
Garbage, recyclable, waste, and scrap materials shall be stored in covered leak-proof containers, screened by fence/wall 6 ft or buffer 10 ft, set back 5 ft.
Outdoor storage of hazardous materials shall be permitted only as specifically authorized, stored per regulations, no hazard.
Vehicles for sale shall be stored in the rear yard or side yard, set back at least 10 feet, maintained, no nuisance.
Equipment, materials, supplies, merchandise, products, goods, inventory, raw materials, and finished goods shall be stored in rear/side yard, set back 10 ft, screened by fence/wall 6 ft or buffer 10 ft, neat, no nuisance.
