Planned unit development districts are intended to provide for variety and flexibility in design necessary to implement the varied goals of the Town.
Nonconforming uses may be continued; extension allowed if yard, setback and height regulations observed; discontinuance for 2 years terminates; damage 75% or more requires conformance.
The incorporated area of Mineral, Virginia, is hereby divided into four districts as follows: A. Residential Limited R-L.

There shall be provided at the time of erection of any main building minimum off-street parking space with adequate provision for ingress and egress by standard-sized automobiles, as follows:
