19.2-211 standards

Within 200' of a developed residential neighborhood, the height shall not exceed 60'. Maximum height can equal the height of a residential structure within 100' of the common boundary if greater than 60'.

19.2-229 standards

The maximum building length shall be 400 feet. Buildings that exceed 250 feet in length shall provide breezeways or similar throughways mid-block to provide public pedestrian access to the rear of the building.
