Article 1, § 1-501, § 1-5062 standards

The regulations and restrictions in this ordinance shall apply to all buildings, structures, land and uses within the corporate limits of the City of Chesapeake. ... the following structures and uses shall be exempt from the regulations of this ordinance: traffic signalization equipment and traffic signs; fire hydrants; poles, wires, cables, conduits, vaults, laterals, pipes, mains, valves or any other similar structures or equipment...

Article 11, PUD-C, §§ 11-1001—11-10085 standards

No more than thirty (30) percent of the area of any lot in the PUD-C district shall be occupied by buildings or structures.

Article 11, PUD-IP, §§ 11-1101—11-11128 standards

No more than fifty (50) percent of the area of any lot in the PUD-IP district shall be occupied by buildings or structures.

Article 11, PUD-R2 standards

Lot coverage by all buildings shall not exceed thirty (30) percent of the net area of the site, exclusive of adjoining streets.

Article 13, Section 13-13001 standards

No structure shall be located within 500 feet of the lot line of any property zoned or used for residential purposes. Lot coverage of all structures shall not exceed 30%.

No sexually oriented business within 1,000 ft of school, day care, park, religious institution, residential district boundary, or another such business.
