Setback

In the B-1 district, the minimum frontage requirement shall be eighty (80) feet on a public road. The minimum front yard shall be fifteen (15) feet and side and rear yards shall be a minimum of ten (10) feet. However, permitted uses shall be required to maintain a fifteen (15) foot yard on a side adjoining a residential area in order to provide for adequate buffering and screening. Buildings shall be located twenty-five (25) feet or more from any street right-of-way which is fifty (50) feet or greater in width or fifty (50) feet or more from the center line of any street less than fifty (50) feet in width.
