  • Architectural style

    All buildings shall incorporate one of the following architectural styles: Old West or Western Frontier, Spanish Colonial Revival, or Victorian (Folk).

    First floor archways shall be incorporated into the building's design.

Parking

From the ordinance

All buildings shall be limited to two stories and a maximum height of 35 feet above grade, excluding chimneys and rooftop antennas. Each lot adjoining Pearblossom Highway or 82nd Street East shall have a front yard of not less than 10 feet.
