  • Required architectural elements

    At least two of: arcades, arches, awnings, courtyards, colonnades, or plazas.

    Southwestern (except Adobe), Art Deco, or Mediterranean influenced architecture, painted with earth tones or shades of taupe, beige, olive, burgundy, or other neutral colors approved by the Director.
