No person shall construct, operate, or hold out for rent an accessory dwelling unit in, or on a lot containing, a townhouse or multi-family dwelling, structure, or complex.

Lights shall be shielded... No light sources shall exceed twenty (20) feet in height... No building or building element shall be outlined or framed by lights...
Home occupations shall be allowed as an accessory use... total area used shall not exceed forty percent (40%) of the floor area... nameplate not exceed one and one-half (1.5) square feet...
If active and continuous operations are not carried on in a nonconforming use during a continuous period of one (1) year, the building... shall thereafter be occupied and used only for a conforming use.
Any person desiring to transfer density from one lot to another must obtain a permit... No density shall be transferred if the increase in density of the receiving parcel will conflict with applicable design standards...
All provisions of the underlying zoning district over which the PUD is located shall continue to apply unless varied or waived by the Town Council as part of the approved PUD development plan.
