Minimum lot area: 20,000 square feet. Minimum lot width: 100 feet. Minimum front yard setback: 30 feet. Minimum side yard setback: 15 feet, except where a side yard abuts a residential district, in which case the setback shall be 30 feet. Minimum rear yard setback: 20 feet, except where a rear yard abuts a residential district, in which case the setback shall be 30 feet. Maximum building height: 45 feet, except that the height may be increased to 60 feet if the building is set back an additional one foot for each one foot of height above 45 feet from all property lines.
