A junior accessory dwelling unit is a unit that is no more than 500 square feet in size, is contained entirely within an existing or proposed main dwelling structure, includes an efficiency kitchen, has a separate exterior entry from the main dwelling, and maintains an interior connection to the main living area of the main dwelling.
In all residential and open space zones the following regulations and design standards shall apply to all fences, walls, gates, pylons, and berms.
