19.26.0202 standards

The uses permitted on a parcel which has an overlay district shall be those uses allowed by the primary land use/zoning district subject to the provisions of all applicable overlay districts.

Chapter 17 (Overlay Districts), Sections B and C2 standards

The provisions of this Chapter shall apply to all lands within the City that are designated with an overlay district on the General Plan Land Use Map. Where there is a conflict of conflicting development standards between the underlying land use/zoning district and the overlay district, which standards apply shall be determined as follows: 1.
