Where it can be demonstrated that two (2) or more land uses can effectively share common parking facilities due to the nature of the uses and distinctly different demand for parking, or where off-site parking is proposed to meet parking requirements, then an application may be filed for such parking arrangement.
Off-street parking spaces will be provided in compliance with Table 9-1E-1... A minimum of ten percent (10%) of the parking lot area must be landscaped... If any legal nonconforming structure is abandoned... for a period of one hundred eighty (180) consecutive days or more...
Developments will be designed to prevent truck back-up maneuvering within public right-of-way.
