General provisions
93 rules that bind every district rather than one — sign regulations, parking, floodplain and the rest of the code’s citywide chapters.
Professional nameplates and occupational signs denoting only the name and occupation of an occupant in a commercial or public institutional building, not to exceed three square feet in area.
On residential zoned property, one sign not exceeding six square feet per face and not exceeding a height of five feet, exclusive of support structures.
A maximum of six square feet of signage per sign, set back at least five feet from the public right-of-way, and not projecting above the roofline of any structure.
O: Min lot area 2,500 sf, max coverage 80%, rear 10, height 45 ft 3 stories. Side adjacent residential varies.
P/QP: Max coverage 80%, nonresidential front 0-20, side adj res 0-20 (min adj res), rear 0, height determined by adjacent use.

All proposals for annexation shall be prezoned prior to submitting the proposed annexation to LAFCO for consideration.
