  • Affordability requirement

    If rented, units must be rented at affordable rent for lower-income households for min 30 years; deed restriction required.

A two-unit housing development means a housing development containing no more than two (2) residential dwelling units within a single-family residential zone... Each new primary dwelling unit shall be one story, constructed at ground level, and shall not be more than sixteen (16) feet in height.
