Vegetation and structures may not exceed a height of three feet within the sight distance triangular area formed by the intersecting curb lines ... and a line joining points on these curb lines at a distance of 25 feet along both lines from their intersection
Before obtaining any building permits in the County, property owners must demonstrate legal access to the subject parcel.
A person who is acting as an agent for the seller or lessor of real property located in the County or the seller or lessor of real property if he or she is acting without an agent shall disclose to the prospective purchaser that: 'The property described herein is located in the County of Yuba, which is an agricultural and mining area...'
All newly constructed approved roads, driveways and buildings shall be addressed... All driveways shall provide a minimum 12-foot-wide traffic lane...

All such areas where grading has been completed between April 1 and October 1 shall be planted by November 1. Graded areas completed at other times of the year shall be planted within 15 days of final soil disturbance.
the Community Development and Services Agency may require the deposit of improvement security... maintenance security shall remain in effect for a period of one year
the violator shall be charged for the department's labor and costs incurred during the investigation, in addition to paying double the standard permit fees.
