General provisions

26-22-020 B2 standards

Minimum lot area: Five (5) acres. Minimum lot width: Two hundred (200) feet. Minimum front yard setback: Fifty (50) feet. Minimum side yard setback: Fifty (50) feet. Minimum rear yard setback: Fifty (50) feet. Maximum building height: Thirty-five (35) feet. Maximum lot coverage: Twenty (20) percent. All structures shall be located at least one hundred (100) feet from any property line abutting a residential zoning district. A landscape buffer of at least twenty (20) feet in width shall be provided along all property lines abutting residential zoning districts. Off-street parking shall be provided in accordance with the provisions of Article 30 of this Code.

26-22-030 B5 standards

Minimum lot area: Five (5) acres. Minimum lot width: Two hundred (200) feet. Minimum front yard setback: Fifty (50) feet. Minimum side yard setback: Fifty (50) feet. Minimum rear yard setback: Fifty (50) feet. Maximum building height: Thirty-five (35) feet. Maximum density: Twenty (20) campsites per acre. Each campsite shall have a minimum area of one thousand five hundred (1,500) square feet. A landscape buffer of at least twenty (20) feet in width shall be provided along all property lines abutting residential zoning districts. Sanitary facilities shall be provided in accordance with applicable state and county health regulations. Off-street parking shall be provided in accordance with the provisions of Article 30 of this Code.

Minimum rear yard setback: Twenty (20) feet. Maximum building height: Forty-five (45) feet. Maximum lot coverage: Forty (40) percent.

Minimum lot area: Ten (10) acres. Minimum lot width: Three hundred (300) feet. Minimum front yard setback: Fifty (50) feet. Minimum side yard setback: Fifty (50) feet. Minimum rear yard setback: Fifty (50) feet. Maximum building height: Forty-five (45) feet. Maximum lot coverage: Fifteen (15) percent.

26-28-0204 standards

No adult entertainment establishment shall be located within one thousand (1,000) feet of any residentially zoned property, school, church, public park, or another adult entertainment establishment.

26-28-0308 standards

Banks and financial institutions shall be permitted in the C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial), C-2 (Community Commercial), C-3 (Regional Commercial), and C-4 (General Commercial) zoning districts.
