General provisions
473 rules that bind every district rather than one — sign regulations, parking, floodplain and the rest of the code’s citywide chapters.
In F zone: dogs/cats max 15 (up to 25 with ARP); equestrian facilities allowed.
In FOR zone: beekeeping max 5 colonies/acre; household pets max 4; dogs/cats max 4 as accessory.
In O zone: beekeeping max 5 colonies/acre; household pets max 4; dogs/cats max 4 as accessory.
In TPZ zone: beekeeping max 5 colonies/acre; household pets max 4; dogs/cats max 4 as accessory; equestrian facilities require minor use permit.
In -AG zone: cattle max 2/acre; fowl max 9 on <0.5 acre; goats max 6/acre; hogs max 1/acre; horses max 2/acre; llamas max 6/acre; ratites max 4/acre; dogs/cats max 6 (up to 12 with ARP).
In RS zone: beekeeping max 2 colonies; fowl max 6 hens on 5,000 sqft; household pets max 4; dogs/cats max 4; B&B max 4 rooms with MUP.
In RF zone: cattle max 1/acre; fowl max 15 on <1 acre; goats max 6/acre; hogs max 1/acre; horses max 1/acre; llamas max 10/acre; ratites max 7/acre; dogs/cats max 6 (up to 15 with ARP).

General antenna standards: no min lot for cellular; setbacks per zone; height measurement; no advertising; not near septic.
The following requirements apply to antennas in all zone districts, except where a more restrictive standard is required by subsections D et seq., for a particular type of antenna.
In residential and agricultural zones: max height 12 ft; roof-mounting prohibited except DSS <18 in; one per parcel; screening required.
In commercial/industrial zones: max height 20 ft; roof-mounted may exceed by 10 ft; one per building; additional require MUP.
Microcell facilities: no new tower; antenna within 30 inches of public space; max 6 sq ft; equipment shelter max 100 sq ft and 6 ft height.
B&B: owner occupied; guest rooms in main residence; max 6 rooms; no cooking; signs limited.
A bed and breakfast establishment shall provide no more than six bedrooms for paying guests. Guest rooms shall not have cooking facilities.
Incidental camping max 30 days per 180 days; max 2 vehicles; campgrounds density max 8 units/acre; setbacks 30 ft; parking 2 spaces per site.
Incidental camping shall not occur for more than 30 calendar days in any 180 consecutive days. ... Two spaces per lot or campsite.
A guesthouse may be established as an accessory use on the site of a single-family dwelling... No more than one guesthouse shall be established on any site.
Residential accessory uses are subject to the provisions of Section 17.56.030... In general, such uses must be incidental to the principal use on the site, and they must be constructed/erected concurrently with or subsequent to the principal use.
