The zoning of any property annexed into the corporate limits of the City of Abbeville shall be reviewed by the Planning Commission and a recommendation made to the City Council.

Agricultural activities and farms requirements including minimum site area and setback for livestock structures.

Cemeteries requirements including minimum site area, setbacks for structures and graves, and landscaping.

Automobile convenience stations standards including location, site area, frontage, setbacks, and parking.

Junkyards/scrap operations standards including distance from residential districts and fence height.

The minimum parcel area for establishment of a new truck stop or travel plaza is ten (10) acres with at least two hundred (200) feet of direct road frontage on a major highway.

Accessory buildings and/or structures standards including setbacks, fences, pools, and awnings.
