General provisions
35 rules that bind every district rather than one — sign regulations, parking, floodplain and the rest of the code’s citywide chapters.
Interior landscaping areas shall cover at least ten percent (10%) of the total paved area for parking and access.
Minimum street right-of-way widths shall be as follows: Arterial streets 80 feet, Collector streets 80 feet, Local commercial and industrial streets 60 feet, Dead-end streets (cul-de-sacs) 50 feet, Marginal access streets 50 feet, Alleys 20 feet.
The Table of Permitted Uses (Table 4.1) specifies which uses are permitted in each zoning district... Permitted uses 'by right', as a 'special exception', or as a 'conditional use' shall be subject...
Any use that is not specifically listed as a permitted use, special exception, or conditional use within the applicable zoning district shall be prohibited.

Monument signs, including embellishments, shall not exceed twelve (12) feet in width or eight (8) feet in height.
