Day-glow and fluorescent colors are prohibited. Lettering shall be of professional quality, done in uniform, readily legible characters. Signs shall be constructed of materials that can withstand outdoor weather conditions, such as cloth, canvas, or vinyl plastic. Paper and cardboard are prohibited materials.
