  • Motorcycle parking ratio

    One motorcycle parking space shall be provided for each twenty vehicle spaces required. Motorcycle spaces minimum 6 ft wide and 10 ft long.

  • Multi-family development with 10 or more units shall provide a minimum of two bicycle rack spaces for every ten units on site.

  • Nonresidential bicycle parking

    Nonresidential development shall provide a minimum of two bicycle rack spaces for each 20,000 sqft of gross floor area, plus secured lockers for each 50,000 sqft.

    Compact spaces may be provided for up to thirty percent of required spaces.

  • Garage door width

    Garage door openings shall be at least 8 feet in width for a one-car opening and 16 feet for a two-car opening.

    When a weekday/daytime use is within 300 feet of a weekend/nighttime use, up to 66% of parking spaces may be shared.

    The number of required parking spaces may be reduced by up to 20% through a development plan modification.
