Lot depth is the measured distance along an imaginary straight line drawn from the midpoint of the front property line to the midpoint of the rear property line.
Lot width is the measured distance between the side lot lines, measured at the front building setback line.

- Average slope determination
Average slope may be determined by basic, sectional, or contour measurement method. Contour intervals shall not exceed five feet.
- Developable area exclusions
Excluded from developable area: natural slopes of 35% or greater, critical root zones of oak tree groupings, and dedications for arterial/collector street rights-of-way.
