Parking

Signs identifying the park may be erected if approved by the planning director. Such signs must be located on the premises and shall be not larger than twenty-five (25) square feet. They shall not be illuminated except by indirect nonflashing light.

All proposed newly established or expanded mobile home parks shall require approval of a conditional use permit. Minimum site area 2 acres, parking 2 spaces per dwelling, setbacks 10 ft side/rear, 25 ft from streets.
