Fencing & walls

  • Perimeter wall/fence required

    Walls or fences shall be erected around the perimeter of each mobile home park as required by the planning director or the planning commission.

    Drainage facilities and encroachment to public streets shall conform to the town standards.

    All landscaping, signing, and lighting for mobile home parks affected by this chapter shall be subject to review and approval of the planning director.

    Streets shall be paved in conformance to the town standards.

Parking

  • Senior/disabled parking ratio1.5 spaces per dwelling

    The overall parking ratio for senior and/or disabled housing mobile home parks shall be a minimum of one and one-half (1½) parking spaces per dwelling.

Signage

From the ordinance

All proposed newly established or expanded mobile home parks shall require approval of a conditional use permit. Minimum site area 2 acres, parking 2 spaces per dwelling, setbacks 10 ft side/rear, 25 ft from streets.
