Within the central-business zone, the Walkable Downtown Core (WDC) shall be established by this title and have the boundaries shown on the Walkable Downtown Core map. In the neighborhood-commercial, central-business, community commercial zones, and the walkable downtown core, the following land uses are permitted where indicated by the letter 'P,' and are uses permitted subject to town issuance of a conditional use permit where indicated by the letter 'C.'
