From the ordinance
Dependent upon the presence and application of constraints, maximum potential residential densities shall not exceed ten (10) dwelling units per acre. In the neighborhood-commercial, central-business, community commercial zones, and the walkable downtown core, the following land uses are permitted where indicated by the letter 'P,' and are uses permitted subject to town issuance of a conditional use permit where indicated by the letter 'C.'
