Other

  • Any commercial or industrial use that is not a permitted use in the same district, and complies with the following criteria: 1. Is operated primarily for the convenience of employees, clients or customers of the principal use, 2. Occupies less than thirty-five (35) percent of the developed area of the principal use, 3. Is located and operated as an integral part of the principal use and does not comprise a separate business use or activity.

  • Drive-in services subject to site plan review

    Any use allowed or conditionally allowed by this zone having a drive-in service, shall be subject to site plan review pursuant to the regulations of Section 17.45.400.
