- Conditions for dual-structure permit
The property owner shall agree in writing that the two structures will not be occupied simultaneously for more than a three-day period when moving to the new home; the original structure will be demolished within a reasonable time; and the site of the demolished structure will be adequately landscaped. A bond and recording are also required.
