    100% affordable projects must conform to section 7-9-44.

  • Affordable Housing Permit required

    Determination of the applicability of affordable housing development standards shall be subject to the approval of an Affordable Housing Permit.

  • Applicable site development standards

    For sites in mixed-use or multifamily districts, base district standards apply; for commercial/industrial, R3 standards apply.

  • Accessory uses ancillary to the primary permitted use shall not to exceed twenty five percent (25%) of total floor area of the permitted primary use.

The Affordable Housing permit regulations apply to residential rental and owner-occupied projects of five (5) or more units that are at least twenty percent (20%) affordable that are located in one of the following base zoning districts.
