- Hours restriction in residential areas
Heliports/helistops located in residential areas shall not operate between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. unless otherwise provided for by the required Use Permit. Emergency medical flights exempted.

Heliports/helistops are allowed subject to a Use Permit approved by the Zoning Administrator per section 7-9-125.
