- Personal cannabis cultivation location
Personal cannabis cultivation is limited solely to inside a person's private residence, or inside an accessory structure to a private residence located on the grounds of the private residence, that is fully enclosed and secure. Expressly prohibited outdoors.
- Personal cannabis cultivation plant limit
Shall not exceed the number of living plants permitted by California Health and Safety Code Sections 11362.1 and 11362.2.

Cannabis dispensaries, commercial cultivation, delivery distribution centers, manufacturers, and testing laboratories are expressly prohibited within any zoning district. Personal cannabis cultivation limited to inside a private residence or accessory structure, fully enclosed and secure.
