- Hours of operation
Market activities shall be conducted between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Set-up and clean-up and take-down shall occur between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
- Parking per vendor1 space
One (1) vehicle parking space per vendor shall be provided in the parking area.
- Waste disposal
Adequate composting, recycling, and trash containers shall all be covered, provided during hours of operation, and shall be removed from site for appropriate disposal.
From the ordinance
A farmers' market shall not be subject to section 7-9-117.9, 'Special Gathering.' A temporary Use Permit is required for open air markets that shall be held no more than four (4) times per year. Ongoing open air farmers' markets are permitted subject to the approval of a Site Development Permit and compliance with all applicable requirements of this section.
