• No exterior evidence

  There shall be no exterior evidence of the conduct of a home occupation.

• Location of home occupationHome occupationA business run from a dwelling, permitted so long as it stays subordinate to living there.

  A home occupation shall be conducted only within the enclosed living area of the dwelling unit.

• Maximum clients on premises at one time1 clients

  A home occupation shall not have more than one (1) client on the premises at any given time.

• Signs prohibitedProhibitedNot allowed in the district at all, short of rezoning or a variance.

  There shall be no signs.
