Landscaping & trees

  • Minimum boundary landscaping depth10 ft

    Boundary landscaping is required for a minimum depth equal to the required setback distance or ten (10) feet (whichever is less) along all property lines abutting streets

    Any landscaped area shall be separated from an adjacent parking or vehicular area by a wall or curb at least six (6) inches higher than the adjacent parking or vehicular area.

  • Permanent watering required

    Permanent watering facilities shall be provided for all landscaped areas and be operated and maintained in an efficient manner.
