Other
- Affordable housing permitted
Residential rental projects that are 100% affordable and emergency shelters, multi-service centers, and low-barrier navigation centers are permitted pursuant to section 7-9-44 Housing Opportunities Overlay District.
- Facilities serving more than 14 persons
Facilities serving more than fourteen (14) persons permitted subject to approval of a Use Permit by the Planning Commission.
- Government buildings
Fire and police stations shall be the only government buildings permitted.
- Loading screening
All loading operations shall be performed on the building site and shall be screened by a landscape or architectural feature in such a manner as not to be visible from a public street or from adjacent residential or agricultural districts.
