Floodplain
- Adequate drainage
All subdivision proposals shall have adequate drainage provided to reduce exposure to flood damage.
- Base flood elevation data
Base flood elevation data shall be provided for subdivision proposals and other development proposed within the floodplain.
- Utilities designed to minimize flood damage
All subdivision proposals shall have public utilities and facilities such as sewer, gas, electrical and water systems located and constructed to minimize flood damage, with their structural supports, designed to withstand hydrodynamic loading.

Areas proposed for subdivision in floodplains... shall comply with the following: (a) All subdivision proposals shall be consistent with Zoning Code Section 7-9-113. (b) All subdivision proposals shall have public utilities and facilities such as sewer, gas, electrical and water systems located and constructed to minimize flood damage... (c) All subdivision proposals shall have adequate drainage provided to reduce exposure to flood damage. (d) Base flood elevation data shall be provided for subdivision proposals and other development proposed within the floodplain.
