Projects of 10 or more units shall set aside 10 percent of the units for occupancy by persons of very low and low income.

The total ground floor area of all buildings within an RCFE shall not exceed 50 percent of the total lot area. A minimum of 30 percent of the site shall be maintained as landscaping and open space. The total floor area shall not exceed 60 percent (0.6 FAR). Maximum height 35 feet. Parking at one space per three beds.
