Parking

New construction, expansion of existing structures, or a change of use not subject to a use permit, involving up to a maximum total building FAR of 1.0, shall be exempt from providing parking in accordance with this Subsection.

Notwithstanding any other provisions in Division 19.30, parking for nonresidential uses on parcels designated Downtown Core (CD) on the General Plan Land Use Map shall be provided consistent with the following provisions: New construction, expansion of use, or change of use... up to a maximum total building FAR of 1.0, shall be exempt from providing parking.
