- Fire protection development fee required
As a condition to the issuance of a building permit, a fee for new development shall be paid pursuant to Mitigation and Development Fees, Fire Protection Development Fees, in accordance with the latest fee schedule for the area adopted by resolution by the Board of Supervisors.
