Whenever notice for a Public Hearing on a land use application is required to be given to owners within three hundred (300') feet of the real property that is the subject of the hearing pursuant to Cal. Gov't Code § 65091(a)(3), this notice shall also be given to the owners of at least ten (10) parcels, in addition to the parcel which is the subject of the hearing.
