- Administrative Permit Conditions
Pre-Grading activities that do not disturb more than one (1) acre of land and are exempt from CEQA are allowed with an Administrative Development Permit.

Adult Businesses, as defined in Section governing Adult Businesses, Section 6.08.010, shall be located exclusively in the M1 (Light Industrial zone).
