  • Hours of operation

    Field retail stand and farm stand hours of operation are limited to daylight hours. Agritourism activities shall cease at 10:00 p.m.

  • Maximum farm stand area1,000 sqftsq ftSquare feet. An acre is 43,560 sq ft; a typical suburban lot is 7,000–10,000.

    Field retail stands and farm stands shall be limited to a total of one thousand (1,000) square feet on any one (1) site

  • Maximum number of producers10 producers

    and shall be limited to ten (10) producers.
