Density bonus
- Income target percentage25 pct
No less than twenty-five percent (25%) of the units shall target the sixty (60) to eighty percent (80%) median family income range.

No less than fifty percent (50%) of the adult tenants must work full-time within the boundaries of the County of Nevada.

In order for a project to qualify for a density bonus under this Subsection, it must meet the following minimum standards: 1. No less than fifty percent (50%) of the adult tenants must work full-time within the boundaries of the County of Nevada. 2. No less than twenty-five percent (25%) of the units shall target the sixty (60) to eighty percent (80%) median family income range.
