An Administrative Development Permit shall be required for a single public utility structure where the following standards are met: 1. Less than six hundred (600) square feet of floor area; 2. Less than thirty-five (35') feet in height; 3. Not more than one (1) public utility dish not more than twenty (20') feet in height; 4. Unmanned except for periodic maintenance; 5. No outside storage or facilities; 6. Existing and proposed vegetation will effectively attenuate any potential adverse aesthetic impacts associated with the project.
