- Engineer certification for new construction in Red Zone
Applications for new construction designed for human occupancy, or repairs or remodels exceeding 50% of current value, shall be accompanied by plans signed by a licensed structural engineer certifying safety.
- Subdivision restriction in Red/Blue zones
It shall be unlawful to create any new parcel within a Red or Blue PSAA unless said parcel is held in common with units in a planned development or zoned Open Space.
- Underground utilities required
All new utilities and new individual service connections installed after the effective date of these provisions shall be installed underground.
