Other

  • Engineer certification for new construction in Red Zone

    Applications for new construction designed for human occupancy, or repairs or remodels exceeding 50% of current value, shall be accompanied by plans signed by a licensed structural engineer certifying safety.

  • Subdivision restriction in Red/Blue zones

    It shall be unlawful to create any new parcel within a Red or Blue PSAA unless said parcel is held in common with units in a planned development or zoned Open Space.

  • Underground utilities required

    All new utilities and new individual service connections installed after the effective date of these provisions shall be installed underground.

All new utilities and new individual service connections installed after the effective date of these provisions shall be installed underground in order to minimize possible avalanche damage to said utilities and injury to persons or property.
