- Management Plan required for impacts to important timber resources
If the above standard effectively precludes development of the project, or adversely affects another environmentally-sensitive resource, a Management Plan shall be prepared by a registered forester, a certified arborist, or a qualified botanist or biologist.

Projects shall be approved only when they are not within the defined area, unless a Management Plan is prepared consistent with Subsection 2 below.
