  Signs consisting of any moving, rotating or otherwise animated light or component except for time and temperature displays and barber poles are prohibited

• Prohibition on readerboards unless permitted

  Readerboard signs unless otherwise specifically permitted herein are prohibited

• Prohibition on roof signs on buildings after 2006

  Roof signs are prohibited on buildings constructed after January 1, 2006, unless approved for historical reasons

• Prohibition on vinyl banners except temporary

  Vinyl banners, except as permitted for temporary events, are prohibited

• Temporary event sign posting duration10 days

  posted no more than ten (10) days preceding the event and are removed within three (3) days following the event

• Temporary sales advertising frequency3 times per year

  may be allowed three (3) times a year with each time not to exceed seven (7) days
