Noise
- Noise measurement method
Compliance with the above standards shall be determined by measuring the noise level based on the mean average of not less than three (3) 20-minute measurements for any given time period.
- Comprehensive noise study required
A comprehensive noise study shall be prepared for all projects requiring a Development Permit or a Use Permit and which have a potential to create noise levels inconsistent with the standards contained herein.
From the ordinance
All land use projects requiring a Development Permit, or a Use Permit shall comply with the noise standards provided herein.
