- Geotechnical Report required
If the above standard effectively precludes development of the project, a Management Plan shall be prepared by a certified engineering geologist or civil engineer that minimizes safety impacts associated with the project. The Management Plan shall include a Geotechnical Report that includes the following: Existing soils and geologic conditions, conclusions of potential seismic hazards, recommended construction and/or land use restrictions.
